The following terms and conditions apply to your purchase of products from Beautiful Beginnings Bridal. By placing your order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between you and Beautiful Beginnings Bridal regarding the products purchased.
Ordering
Your order is subject to acceptance by Beautiful Beginnings Bridal and may be refused for any reason, including unusual volumes, past incidents, or shipping address. Standard in-stock orders are normally processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Custom orders are normally process between 3-4 weeks unless otherwise noted in the details of the product. However, during sales, promotions, holidays, and bridal shows, your shipment may be delayed. You will see your order total, including tax, before you submit your order for processing. Currently we accept PayPal as the method of payment for all online orders. You have the option of paying with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal account when checking out.
Custom orders are those orders that are personalized, changed, or ordered specifically for a client and are not stock items. Custom orders, personalized orders and gown orders are final sale. There are no exchanges, returns or refunds on custom orders.
Payment
Buyer pre-pays in U.S. dollars the item(s) cost plus shipping. Payment type accepted are PayPal, personal check or major credit card. Personal checks will be held until cleared by the bank. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Orders will ship within 2 days of cleared payment. We will send an email to confirm when an order is shipped.

Shipping
Domestic – USPS Mail (insured at buyers expense and request). UPS for gowns and all orders over $50.00.
Orders of $50 or more are shipped via UPS and are charged by weight and insurance costs.
International – Please email us to confirm that we ship to your country and to receive a quote on the shipping.
Damage or Loss
Buyer is responsible for all claims of loss/damage to the package with the shipping carrier. The procedures for the USPS Postal office or UPS regarding claim filing can be found at their website.
Returns
We have a 3-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, you must email us within 72 hours of receipt of the item to let us know of the return. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items to be returned must be in the original condition they were received. The item must be mailed back within 7 days of the delivery date and the same way they were mailed out. The buyer is responsible for the shipping charges of the return. Damaged, altered or items sent without notification will not be accepted or money returned. The item's price will be refunded promptly once the condition is verified.
Custom Order Returns
Custom orders are those orders that are personalized, changed, or ordered specifically for a client and are not stock items. Custom orders, personalized orders and gown orders are final sale. There are no exchanges, returns or refunds on custom orders.
