This is package is for the bride and her family that wants to do all of her own planning. One staff member will be available to run the wedding rehearsal and wedding ceremony. Includes: 5 hours of coordination time starting 30 days prior to the wedding date. This package is for the wedding only. Attendance and management of the ceremony wedding coordinator. 1 hour coordination with vendors prior to the wedding date to ensure wedding ceremony vendors have knowledge of important details.

Minimum Planning with Rehearsal and Wedding Day Directing
This is wonderful for the bride who wants to do most of her own planning with help from a professional. Includes: 10 hours of coordination time starting 45 days prior to the wedding date, see the attached list with average coordination time per service and choose which services you would like us to assist with. Attendance and management of the ceremony and reception by a wedding coordinator. 4 hours coordination with vendors prior to the wedding date to ensure vendors have knowledge of important details.

This package includes 20 hours of coordination time, see attached sheet with average coordination time per service and choose which services you would like us to assist you with. Attendance and management of the ceremony and reception by a wedding coordinator. 6 hours coordination with vendors prior to the wedding date to ensure vendors have knowledge of important details.

Full Service Wedding Planning , Rehearsal and Wedding Day Directing
We help you set a budget and create a theme, brainstorm unique ideas with you, then research and book the vendors who make it happen. We begin with taking the time to learn what you want, from the engagement to the honeymoon send-off. As the wedding approaches, we reconfirm your arrangements, troubleshoot logistics and crystallize your vision into a final plan. At the rehearsal and on the wedding day, we insure that your instructions are followed. Finally, we supervise the cleanup and closing of the site. We even return your tuxedos!
